Join Brook Allen launched her new book, Antonius: Soldier of Fate in a virtual event Thursday, October 15 at 6 pm Antonius: Soldier of Fate is the final book in the Antonius Trilogy which started with Antonius: Son of Rome followed by Antonius: Second in Command. 

The trilogy is the historical fiction story of a Roman politician and general who played a critical role in the growth of Rome from a republic to an empire in the first century BCE. Soldier of Fate spotlights the romance between Antonius and Cleopatra and the historic war with Octavian Caesar.

Allen is a graduate of Asbury University and Hollins University and a member of the Historical Novel Society. Son of Rome won the Coffee Pot Book Club Book of the Year Award in 2020 and Son of Rome received a silver medal in the international Reader’s Favorite Book Reviewers Book Awards.
