Description
There are three billion Internet and smartphone users. Every day, these users generate more data than humanity created, on a material level, in the last five thousand years. During the XXI century, Internet influencers sway both the public and private sectors without the State. This is a recent phenomenon that matches the power that businesses have in our purchases (visible agents), and those that control the market (invisible agents). This book discusses the need to understand activism and online public participation in order to innovate and design new business models that will create markets for new consumers and entrepreneurs.
